Cancellation Fee:
A fee of $200.00 will be charged 14 days prior to the event. Thereafter, no refunds will be granted.

Day 1: You will participate, as a faculty member would, in the seven-step day-long workshop on course planning developed at Notre Dame.

Day 2: Critique and adapt the workshop for your own campus. Read and discuss key literature and best practice. Plan for enhancing teaching, learning and technology on your campus. Steve Gilbert, Director of TLT Group, presents new developments in teaching, learning and technology.

Days 3 and 4: Participants practice presenting workshops or consultations with faculty, and receive suggestions from colleagues and workshop leaders. Also read and discuss literature and best practice. Steve Ehrmann, Associate Director of TLT Group, presents on assessing outcomes of teaching and technology.

Spring Follow-up Meetings: February 16-17, 2004

  • Report on their campus plans
  • Discuss mutual problems and concerns
  • Again present part of a workshop for colleague critique
  • Read and discuss key literature and best practice
  • Share ongoing assessment and campus planning
